Information

Aims, contents and method of the course

Discrimination law provides those with access to goods and opportunities who are likely to suffer exclusion on arbitrary grounds. Discrimination law is a chief means of economic and of social integration. Hence, its scope of application ranges from international trade law to employment relations.
The seminar would like to stake stock of the lively debate concerning discrimination law and sample one or the other field of application.
