Aims, contents and method of the course

Vertiefende Auseinandersetzung mit dem Familien- und Erbrecht. Sinnvoll sind Vorkenntnisse im Bürgerlichen Recht (insbesondere Familien- und Erbrecht).

Assessment and permitted materials

Der Kurs wird mit begrenzter TeilnehmerInnenanzahl präsent abgehalten. Es besteht grundsätzliche Anwesenheitspflicht (zweimaliges unentschuldigtes Fehlen ist möglich); Bitte beachten Sie, dass unentschuldigtes Fernbleiben in der ersten Einheit zum Platzverlust führt.
