Aims, contents and method of the course

Discussion of constitutional law cases

Assessment and permitted materials

Two written examinations and one qualified oral work; certificate if two positive performances are achieved. Oral work can in anyway contribute to a better final grade.

Minimum requirements and assessment criteria

Training for the diploma examination using practical cases.

Examination topics

Cases are solved together applying the relevant statutes; special attention is given to constitutional reasoning and argumentation.
