Aims, contents and method of the course

Das nationale Verbraucherrecht ist - und wird zunehmend durch europäisches Richtlinienrecht determiniert. In der Lehrveranstaltung werden ausgewählte Richtlinien (bspw. "Haustürgeschäfte", "missbräuchliche Klauseln", "Produkthaftung") und deren Umsetzung in öst. Recht besprochen.
