Was ist sozialistische Rechtordnung? Rechtsvergleichender Überblick zu kapitalistischen Rechtsordnungen; Neue Entwicklung des Privatrechts in sogenannten Transitionsländern

Assessment and permitted materials

Mitarbeit; kurzer Test; Klausur; Anwesenheitspflicht.
Positive Beurteilung: 51% der Gesamtpunkteanzahl; davon können Sie bei den einzelnen Leistungskontrollen erlangen: Klausur 50%; Test 30%; Mitarbeit 20%.
