Aims, contents and method of the course

Preparation for the exam on constitutional law.

Assessment and permitted materials

Zwei Klausuren und mündliche Mitarbeit als weiterer Leistungsnachweis, positive Beurteilung bei zwei positiven Leistungsnachweisen.
Erlaubte Hilfsmittel: unkommentierte Gesetzesausgaben.
Klausurtermine: 28.5. und 11.6.2018.

Minimum requirements and assessment criteria

Erarbeitung und Vertiefung des prüfungsrelevanten Stoffes. Positive Beurteilung bei zwei positiven Leistungsnachweisen.

Examination topics

Erarbeitung und Vertiefung des prüfungsrelevanten Stoffes
anhand von Fragen und Fällen unter aktiver Einbeziehung der
Studierenden. Die elearning-Plattform MOODLE der Universität Wien wird in
die LV integriert.
