Aims, contents and method of the course

The subject maters of the course are the legal foundations, the organisation, the competences and the procedures of the judicature of the European Union. In this context, the mechanisms of functioning, the methods of interpretation, the case law as well as current issues of reform of the EU judicature will be presented from the direct perspective and against the background of the parctical experience of an EU judge.
