Aims, contents and method of the course

The seminar is interdisciplinary and is organised in different groups with a particular focus. Students may choose a focus; credits are restricted to this focus.

Group technical legal informatics: electronic discovery
Group ICT law: data protection and data security
Group European law/international law: international and European governance; consular law & Article 20 ECT
Group research seminar: literature research & editing & sientific work

In the research group, scientific research and editing should be trained on a praticial project.
Further, a platform is offered for discussion of current problems dealing with computers and law.
