Aims, contents and method of the course

The seminar is interdisciplinary and is organised in different groups with a particular focus. Students may choose a focus; credits are restricted to this focus.

Legal informatics:
- Legal problems of surveillance technologies
- Legal information systems
Group European law/international law:
International and European governance
Further, a platform is offered for discussion of current problems & doctorial dissertations dealing with computers and law.
