Aims, contents and method of the course

The seminar is interdisciplinary and is organized in different focus groups.

EU data protection reform
        Digital Single Market
* Group European Law / International Law: Internet governance, ICANN
* Group PhD students: Furthermore, a platform is provided for PhD presentations on current issues oflegal informatics.

Introduction to legal (scientific) research in computers and law

Examination topics

Assisted and independent research & analysis, presentation,discussion

Scientific work in legal informatics. In addition, the choice of international and European law issues is possible.

Reading list

A first support in literature is provided; otherwise independent research is required.
