Darstellung des Wohnungseigentumsrechts

Assessment and permitted materials

Zur Leistungskontrolle dienen 2 Tests (40% + 55%, Hilfsmittel: unkommentierte Gesetzestexte) und Mitarbeit (5%).

Für den Erwerb eines positiven Lehrveranstaltungszeugnisses sind regelmäßige Anwesenheit und das Erreichen von 51% der Beurteilungskriterien notwendig.
