Aims, contents and method of the course

Methods of legal research:

Based on the course JMK I, this course provides in-depth legal research using legal information systems and traditional media. Moreover, students will learn scientific legal writing with emphasis on structure, methods and correct quotation.

In this follow-up course to JMK I, students will learn the methods of legal research and legal writing.
