Information

Minimum requirements and assessment criteria

Interest in the subjects of the class. For reasons of collegiality and transparency within a group

evaluated. This applies all the more to the novel method of
"home-learning".
Therefore, the grades for all courses will be registered after the
Home learning" period within the statutory correction period.

Examination topics

Developing answers for cases and hypothetical in joint discussion and in the homework; the homework itself shall be sent to registered students only via MOODLE.

Reading list

The syllabus shall be provided to registered students only via MOODLE and encompasses essays as well as relevant ECJ-judgements.
