Information

Aims, contents and method of the course

The focus of "Exercises in EU-Law" lies with the development and discussion of the case-solving system in EU-law; furthermore, the system mentioned shall be apllied to principles of EU Const' Law, the free movement of persons and EU Asylum and Migration Law.

Active class participation (15%) and homework (85 %)

Examination topics

Developing answers for cases and hypothetical in joint discussion and in the homework; the homework itself shall be sent to registered students only via MOODLE.

Reading list

The syllabus shall be provided to registered students only via MOODLE and encompasses essays as well as relevant ECJ-judgements.
