Information

Aims, contents and method of the course

Ziele: Verständnis der Prinzipien des Datenschutzrechts und deren Anwendung auf konkrete Sachverhalte mit Internetbezug.

Inhalte: Datenschutzrechtliche Probleme im Zusammenhang mit dem Internet.

Methoden: Einführung in die für das Thema relevanten datenschutzrechtlichen Grundlagen und darauf aufbauende Aufarbeitung des Themas.

Assessment and permitted materials

Update 24.04.2020: Die Klausur am Do 07.05.2020 findet elektronisch über die Lernplattform Moodle statt. Die angemeldeten Studierenden wurden per E-Mail über den genauen Ablauf informiert.

Minimum requirements and assessment criteria

Update 24.04.2020: Erfolgreiche Teilnahme am schriftlichen Test via Moodle ( > 50%). Die im Zuge der elektronischen Klausur am Do 07.05.2020 abgegebenen Arbeiten werden mit der Drittanbieter-Software Turnitin miteinander und mit dem Internet verglichen und auf Plagiate überprüft.
