The focus of the course includes basics and particularities of the public international law order, sources of public international law, subjects of public international law, basic legal principles in international relations, state responsibility and liability.
The course includes e-learning via Moodle in a particular form. Questions about the contents of each unit are placed online. Before each unit, participants must complete a quiz. Not all of the questions in the quiz are to be answered from the script; sometimes research in the internet might be necessary. Short cases are also available via Moodle. All of the participants must read them before each unit in order to be prepared for questions and discussions.
