Information
Aims, contents and method of the course
Introduction to the system and application of the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). Particular emphasis lies on the influences of different legal systems on the Convention and its development and interpretation. This course is compulsory for those participating in the “Moot Court International Commercial Arbitration”.
