Information
Aims, contents and method of the course
The course serves as preparation for Outgoing ERASMUS students and is valid as C1 language certificate for French language. The course aims at providing students with an overview of important legal terms in European and International Law in French language. To this end, legal concepts, modes of operation and organs of International and European Law shall be elaborated by students through the composition of a written paper and an oral presentation.
Assessment and permitted materials
The course assessment is based on a written paper and the oral presentation of the paper.
Minimum requirements and assessment criteria
Regular course attendance as well as a positively assessed paper and presentation are necessary for a successful completion of the course.
Registered students who do not attend the first course unit without specification of an important reason will be automatically deregistered from the course.

Examination topics
Topics of International and European Law shall be elaborated by students through the composition of a written paper and an oral presentation.
