Aims, contents and method of the course

Einführung in die Rechtsgebiete: vergleichendes Grundstücksrecht, Regulierung des Rechtsdienstleister im Grundstücksverkehr in vergleichender Perspektive; vergleichendes Wohnungs- und Mietrecht; das Recht auf Wohnung im Verfassungsrecht, Europarecht und Völkerrecht; Schwerpunkt auf wertender rechtspolitischer und interdisziplinärer Perspektive
Methode: Zusammenfassung europäischer rechtsvergleichender Projekte, die der Dozent geleitet hat; Einführung der Teilnehmer in die Methode der Rechtsvergleichung in Theorie und Praxis
