Aims, contents and method of the course
Aims: the students obtain basic knowledge on selected legal problems in connection with online platforms. This will enable them to solve legal problems.Contents: Online platforms (orientation, economics), e-commerce law, TKG 2020, P2B-VO, P2C (new deal for consumers), new warranty law (not only) for digital content, content moderation (incl. copyright reform and package Hass im Netz), Digital Services Act, Digital Markets Act etc.Method of the course: Lecture, case examples, assignmentHybrid teaching: lectures (live) will be complemented by practice report (links will be provided).

Written final exam (closed book), active participation
