Aims, contents and method of the course
Aims: the students obtain basic knowledge on the legal protection of software and software contract law. This will enable them to solve legal problems and draft software specific contracts and contract clauses.Contents: This course covers selected topics of software law, such as non-performance, liability and specific software-related aspects of the contractual practice.Method of the course: Lecture, case examples, assignment
