Information

Aims, contents and method of the course

The course serves as a voluntary preparation for the Data Protection Moot Court (https://dataprotectionmoot.univie.ac.at/). Registration or participation in the Data Protection Moot Court (DPMC) is generally not necessary, but is recommended.

Each of the units consists of a practical block with a problem related to data protection law. The case is solved in the form of group work, both materially and procedurally.
