Regular oral participation during the course and written final test (on campus). The test will be OPEN BOOK, collaboration during the test is not permitted.

Lecture notes and slides provided by the lecturer (in German). Case studies and joint discussion during the lecture.

The course instructor will provide a short script. In addition: Kopetzki, Krankenanstaltenrecht, in Holoubek/Potacs (Eds), Öffentliches Wirtschaftsrecht I (4. Edition 2019) 431. This article is available to all students via the Verlag Österreich e-library. For specific questions see the commentary to the Austrian Hospital Act in "Gmundner Kommentar zum Gesundheitsrecht" (2nd edition 2022). This commentary is available to all students via the RDB database.
