Aims, contents and method of the course

The course provides students with the knowledge of the free movement of persons within the European Union.

Assessment and permitted materials

One unseen, written, closed book exam with open questions. (90 minutes working time):
Main Exam: 04 June 2019
Retake Exam: 18 June 2019

You may bring the Treaties (TEU, TFEU) as well as necessary regulations and directives.

Minimum requirements and assessment criteria

One exam must be positive.
Attendance for the main exam is mandatory.

Examination topics

Introduction, Union citizenship, free movement of workers, freedom of establishment, freedom to provide and receive services and relevant case law respectively.

Weiss, Kaupa: International Market Law, Cambridge University Press, 2014 (available at Facultas store at Juridicum, ground floor).
