Aims, contents and method of the course
The course provides students with the knowledge of the free movement of persons within the European Union.
Assessment and permitted materials
One unseen, written, closed book exam with open questions. (90 minutes working time):

Introduction, Union citizenship, free movement of workers, freedom of establishment, freedom to provide and receive services and relevant case law respectively.
