Aims, contents and method of the course

International Constitutional Law (ICL) as a legal discipline combines constitutional law, public international law, European law and legal theory. The course will focus on Environmental Law within a multilevel constitutional reality. The relevant questions and problems will be examplified and disussed through selected case studies.

Examination topics

Introduction to ICL; preparation and presentation of case-studies related to the NICLAS 2010 topic "Environment" by participants (group work), interactive discussions.
