Aims, contents and method of the course

Minimum requirements and assessment criteria

Einführung in einige wesentliche Themen der allgemeinen Betriebswirtschaftslehre, die für Juristen einen erhöhten Praxisbezug haben. Die Studenten sollen nicht lernen, Unternehmensbewertungen durchzuführen oder Bilanzen zu analysieren. Es reicht, diese lesen und verstehen zu können, um letztlich mitreden und die richtigen Fragen stellen zu können.

Examination topics

Neben der Theorie soll möglichst parallel der Praxisbezug in form von case studies geschaffen werden. Beispielsweise anhand von Unternehmensbewertungsgutachten oder KMG-Prospekten. Wichtig ist das Vernetzen betriebswirtschaftlicher Fragen zu den juristischen Aspekten desselben Themas.
