Assessment and permitted materials
Participation in the course on 7 March 2025 is mandatory for participation as a mentor. The course will be held in German.
Minimum requirements and assessment criteria
There will not be a proper exam. However, protocols about the meetings within the mentoring-group and participation in this block session are required.The grade will be in the form of a ‘+’.

This block session is designed to prepare mentor*s with soft skills training. Training topics include the examination of tasks and roles as mentors, leading groups and designing group development processes, and the development of target group-specific topics within the mentoring meetings with the help of exercises in small groups and group discussions.
