Aims, contents and method of the course

Erwerb eines vertieften Verständnisses für das System des Schadenersatzrechts, insb Zwischenbereiche zwischen vertraglicher und deliktischer Haftung, sowie zwischen Verschuldens- und Gefährdungshaftung; Auseinandersetzung mit speziellen schadenersatzrechtlichen Fragestellungen: Personenschaden inkl Arzthaftung; Sachschaden insb Kfz-Schaden; Haftung für Rat und Auskunft; Verkehrssicherungspflichten allgemein und Sondertatbestände des ABGB (insb §§ 364, 364a, 1319, 1319a ABGB)
Interaktiver Vortrag (im Fall digitaler Lehre via Collaborate-Videokonferenz)
