Aims, contents and method of the course

Expansion of knowledge of the subject by applying it to cases. Revision and advanced discussion on the core curriculum by means of practical exercises. Case analysis and explanation of complex issues.
Excursion to the Commercial Court Vienna followed by discussion of the cases.

Assessment and permitted materials

1 written exam or homework and oral participation.

Minimum requirements and assessment criteria

Der Anspruch auf ein Übungszeugnis besteht bei positiver Beurteilung entweder der Klausur, der schriftlichen Erörterung des Gerichtsbesuches, einer Hausarbeit oder einer "Mini-Probe-Modulprüfung". Wenn Sie an allen Leistungsnachweisen teilnehmen, bildet die beste Beurteilung die Grundlage für die Note.

Wenn Sie in 50% der Übungseinheiten mündlich mitarbeiten, verbessert sich Ihre Note um einen Grad. Wenn Sie in 30 % der Übungseinheiten mitarbeiten, führt dies zur Verbesserung einer Zwischennote (auf eine schriftliche Arbeit oder die Mini-Probe-Modulprüfung) auf die bessere Note.
