Information

Aims, contents and method of the course

Expansion of knowledge of the subject by applying it to cases. Revision and advanced discussion on the core curriculum by means of practical exercises. Case analysis and explanation of complex issues.
Excursion to a Court in Vienna followed by discussion of the cases.

Assessment and permitted materials

Klausurarbeit oder Test, Hausarbeit oder eine "Mini-Probe-Modulprüfung"; schriftliche Ausarbeitungen der Übungsfälle oder von Fragen, die sich auf die Fälle beziehen (vor deren Lösung, ca 3-5 Manuskriptseiten), mündliche Mitarbeit, Multiple Choice Tests. Es können (müssen aber nicht) alle Teilleistungen absolviert werden. Zu Mindestanforderungen und Beurteilungsmaßstab vgl sogl.

Minimum requirements and assessment criteria

Der Anspruch auf ein Übungszeugnis besteht bei positiver Beurteilung entweder der Klausur/Test, oder einer Hausarbeit, oder einer "Mini-Probe-Modulprüfung" oder der schriftlichen Ausarbeitung von Übungsfällen oder der Absolvierung von MC-Tests. Wenn Sie an allen/einigen Leistungsnachweisen teilnehmen, bildet die beste Beurteilung die Grundlage für die Note.
