Information

Aims, contents and method of the course

The aim of this seminar is to gain a deeper understanding of some special areas of public international law. In addition, the application of legal research methods will be practiced. In several rounds of feedback, the seminar papers will continuously be improved.
In terms of content, this summer semester will focus on recent developments in international investment law, the jurisprudence of the International Court of Justice and of the International Criminal Court. At the first meeting on 14 March we will discuss the topics and the procedure of the seminar. Concrete topics will be proposed and allocated.
