Information

Aims, contents and method of the course

The compulsory practical exercise is part of the "introductory and orientation period" (STEOP) and also a preparation for the oral exam in legal and constitutional history.
It has to be highlighted that only 50 % of the test material can be disucssed within the exercise (especially the parts in constitutional history), the rest has to be learned in a different way (f.e. in a pracitcal exercise in history of private law).

Oral participation, several smaller multiple choice tests and two written exams (only one of which has to be participated). Anyone who has participated on at least one written exam but has too few points overall for a positive grade has the right to take a substitute exam.

Minimum requirements and assessment criteria

Up to 400 points can be earned in the tests and homework. Anyone who has earned at least 200 points is positive (sufficient). Satifactory: at least 250 points; well: 300 points; very well: 350 points.
