Aims, contents and method of the course
Solution-oriented knowledge on central, current issues of copyright law in the digital single market, conveyed through practical examples, lectures and discussion.
Assessment and permitted materials
Multiple choice test at the end of the course (18.6.2020), without using any aids.
Minimum requirements and assessment criteria
In the test, each correct answer marked with a cross will be given one point. One point is deducted for each incorrectly marked answer. Positive evaluation from 25% of the possible points.
Examination topics
Content of the lectures in the course and recommended further literature and case law.

Basic knowledge: Kucsko, Intellectual Property (Manz, 2017), copyright section. Additional literature is recommended for each course unit seperately.
