Information
Aims, contents and method of the course
Conflicts in the family are usually highly emotional. The most common case in practice is divorce, especially since comprehensive agreements have to be made on issues such as custody, contact rights, maintenance, housing, etc. The mediator's role is also explained through insights into practical cases.Through insights into practical cases, theoretical principles are explained, the dynamics of family disputes are conveyed and the role of the family mediator is worked out together. The setting and process of mediation will be examined in more detail and in this context, practical insights into the family court assistance called in by the courts will be provided, whereby differences to mediation and advantages and disadvantages will be explained.
