Aims, contents and method of the course
During the Konversatorium you will present your thesis and receive feedback on it. In addition, you will attend the presentations of your peers and provide feedback to them.
Assessment and permitted materials
Students are required to attend all sessions.
Your final grade is based on:
a) A formal presentation of your thesis during the Konversatorium which will be followed by a brief Q/A session (45%)
b) Participation during the sessions (35%)
c) The quality of your presentation slides which you will need to submit a week before your presentation date (20%)

Minimum requirements and assessment criteria
You need to achieve a total of at least 50% of all points in order to pass the class.Please note that in order to attend the Konversatorium the following conditions need to be fulfilled:
a) You need to have a supervisor who has agreed to supervise your thesis and have officially registered your thesis with the SSC.
b) If your thesis is not supervised by either Prof. Keck, Prof. Koschat, or Prof. Reitzig you need to obtain the prior commitment of your supervisor for him/her to personally attend the session of the Konversatorium during which you present your thesis.
