Aims, contents and method of the course
Assessment and permitted materials
Benotung: Basierend auf einem kleinen Test am Ende des Semesters. Die Studierenden müssen zwei von vier Fragen in einer schriftlichen Prüfung beantworten, die während der normalen Unterrichtszeit stattfindet.
Minimum requirements and assessment criteria
Grading: Based on a small test at the end of the semester. Students will have to answer two out of four questions in a written exam, held during normal class hours.
Examination topics
The final exam covers only the material discussed in class.

Die entsprechende Lektüre wird wöchentlich auf Moodle zur Verfügung gestellt.

Although it is a „lecture“, I hold this class in a very interactive „seminar-like“ manner.
I provide literature before and after the classes that deepen the understanding of the issues covered.
Subjects covered: The reason of/for rules, Theory of the State & the problem of social order, The Economics of Property Rights, Incentives & Punishment, Contracts & Theory of the firm, Dispute Resolution & Litigation.
The class will be held in English.
