Information

Aims, contents and method of the course

After an introduction to basic human processes (e.g. perception, personality, and emotions), this course highlights organizational behavior on different levels:

# Individual level (e.g. work-related attitudes and motivation)
# Group level (e.g. group processes, communication, decision making, influence, and leadership)
# Organizational level (e.g. organizational structure and organizational change)

The basic textbook used for the course is: Greenberg, J., & Baron, R. A. (2008). Behavior in organizations (9th ed.). Upper Saddle River: Pearson Prentice Hall. In addition, recent own work as well as work of others is presented and discussed.

The final grade is made up of the following tasks:
