Aims, contents and method of the course
This course aims at enabling participants to develop skills necessary to write a scientific paper in the field of eServices. This includes gaining expertise about current topics in eServices as well as the ability to conduct required steps such as a literature review, choosing appropriate structure and layout and citing scientific references correctly. Participants in this class will write a seminar paper on a topic in eServices. Topics for this paper may include a variety of issues in the broader field of eServices such as electronic commerce, platform businesses, eLogistics, creative industries, service science, eMarketing, and collaboration.
Assessment and permitted materials
Term paper (each paper will be checked for plagiarism applying the program Turnitin. The agreement with this procedure is a requirement for the participation in this class).
Minimum requirements and assessment criteria
Requirements to successfully complete the class: positively evaluated term paper, (elaboration and presentation of a well-defined eService-topic), as well as its presentation upon request.
