Aims, contents and method of the course
The main aim of this class is to provide a forum in which the individual topics can be discussed with other students writing their master theses, and other professors in addition to individual talks with the supervisor.
Time slots for presentations are allocated via Moodle.
Each student has to give a presentation about their thesis of 20-30 minutes following the outline below:
1. Problem statement and methods
2. Theoretical background and hypotheses or research questions
3. Research method, empirical approach (if applicable)
The presentation slides must be handed in via Moodle one day before the presentation (at 12:00 noon)
