The main goal of this course is to refresh knowledge in the fields of organization and human resources obtained during undergraduate studies at a level that is adequate for Master students, and to achieve a common level of knowledge among all Master students coming from different institutions.
Specifically, the course covers the following topics:
• Basics: what are organizations and why do they exist
• Perspectives on the inner working of organizations
• Elements of organization design
• People in organizations
Method: lecture and classroom discussions, additional material will be provided via Moodle.
