Aims, contents and method of the course

Aim
The main goal of this course is to achieve a common level of knowledge about passion related to work.

Contents

Dualistic Model of Passion
Identity and Passion at Work
A model for the Formation of Work Passion
Lay Theories of How Passion for Work is Achieved
3- The Determinants of Passion
The role of Autonomy Support in the Development of Passion
Predictors of Work Passion

Method
Lecture, classroom discussion inspired by video clips and articles, and group presentation

Assessment and permitted materials

40% of the total grade will be allocated to the term paper, and 60% will be based on the midterm and final exams.

Minimum requirements and assessment criteria

To pass the course student must collect half of the total points.

Examination topics

The exam will be based on the discussed materials in the class.
