Aims, contents and method of the course

Ökonomische und institutionelle Grundlagen und Wirkungsweisen der Fiskalpolitik, der Geldpolitik, sowie der Arbeitsmarktpolitik. Weitere Schwerpunkte werden Finanzmärkte und Politikberatung sein.
Methoden sind die Theoretische Wirtschaftspolitik und die ökonomische Theorie der Demokratie

Assessment and permitted materials

Erreichen von mindestens 15 von 30 erreichbaren Punkten, davon für Referat und schriftliche Unterlage 20, für einen Multiple Choice Test 10.
Bonuspunkte für Mitarbeit

Minimum requirements and assessment criteria

Verständnis für die institutionelle Einbettung der Wirtschaftspolitik und Befähigung zur kritischen Einschätzung wirtschaftspolitischer Maßnahmen

Examination topics

Präsentation von Schwerpunktthemen durch kleine Teams und Diskussion
