Aims, contents and method of the course
Assessment and permitted materials
The final mark is made up of the following elements:
- two intermediate online tests (on November 11 and December 16, 2020) → 30% of the final mark each
- one final exam (on January 25, 2021) → 40% of the final mark.
All tests have to be passed in order to get a positive mark.In case of a significant study impairment or the like the students will be required to perform alternative tasks.The final decision whether the final exams will be carried out as online or on-site test will be communicated at the beginning of January.UPDATE 08/01/2021: The final exam is held online via Moodle.

The course aims at developing the students' competence in Italian in daily business situations (A1 business).Main content overview:
- Communication topics covered: introductions, ordering something in a café or in a restaurant, booking a hotel room, scheduling an appointment, talking about habits, giving directions, describing business departments.
- Grammar topics covered: present tense, gender of nouns, singular and plural forms, possessive adjectives, demonstrative adjectives and pronouns, personal pronouns.Mode:
