Aims, contents and method of the course

Minimum requirements and assessment criteria
The aim of the course is to introduce students to the basic concepts of Corporate Finance and Financial Management. The course develops a framework for analyzing different types of decisions faced by financial management. More specifically, the course provides a comprehensive introduction to the concept of risk and the relationship between risk and return. Students will also learn about firms’ capital structure and payout policies.
