Minimum requirements and assessment criteria

The aim of the course is to introduce students to the basic concepts of Corporate Finance and Financial Management. The course develops a framework for analyzing different types of decisions faced by financial management. More specifically, the course provides a comprehensive introduction to the concept of risk and the relationship between risk and return. Students will also learn about firms’ capital structure and payout policies.

Participation (5%): Class participation includes your ability to present solutions to exercises on the blackboard, your presence in class, and your participation in the discussion.
