Information

Aims, contents and method of the course

The course introduces students to challenges of human resource management in transnational enterprises. It addresses topics such as the typologies of motivation and compensation arrangements, important issues of ethics and culture as well as various systems of industrial relations that transnational firms encounter primarily in advanced European economies. Students are expected to read texts for each class, participate in class discussion, prepare a presentation and write a research essay.
