Funktionalitätserweiterung aus einer ganzheitlichen Unternehmenssicht angewandt.

Erkennen von Herausforderungen bei der Auswahl, Einführung und beim Betrieb von Enterprise IS und deren Begegnung mit entsprechenden Methoden und Konzepten.
