Information
Aims, contents and method of the course
Rabbinic approaches to texts are not immediately comprehensible or sometimes complex. Therefore, it helps to learn about the hermeneutic methods of the rabbis and to examine the rabbis' approach in detail by means of textual examples. This should strengthen the ability to deal with texts of traditional literature. It is about hermeneutical rules, the frame of reference, elements such as atomization, keyword connections, gematria, peticha, mashal etc.
