The VU History Cultural Competence is a course in the master's program. Many colleagues already teach in schools, some of them far outside Vienna. Therefore, the format of the course was developed in such a way that important classroom lectures and digital learning are combined. Thus, it is not necessary to attend a face-to-face course every Wednesday.
Please pay attention to the dates in the course catalog and especially to the details in Moodle. On two dates there will be a block of lectures, which will last from 15 to 18:15.A visit to a museum including a report or analysis of the exhibition concept is required. Ideally, this work should be done in groups of no more than four people. Two dates are planned for this purpose, during which the students will visit the museum independently and also write the report or analysis:11.05., 15:00 - 16:30: Museum visit incl. group work18.05., 15:00 - 16:30: Museum visit incl. group workThere will be no face-to-face or online classes on these two days.
