Information
Aims, contents and method of the course
Besides general working skills in historical research the course will proceed to the special skills needed in Global History: Planning and organizing the research process, international search for literature and sources, citation styles, preparing and finishing papers.
Assessment and permitted materials
Regular attendance, Journal Review of RHR 110 for definite admission, weekly assignments, wirting an individual research project in global food history
