Aims, contents and method of the course

Discussing different views concerning the relation between images and negation held by (among others) Edmund Husserl, Sigmund Freud and Claue Lévi-Strauss.

Assessment and permitted materials

Participation in discussions, short oral presentations, short texts (1 page).

Minimum requirements and assessment criteria

The main challenge will be the reconstruction of the arguments of theoretical texts.
